ü  Credentials of network equipment or any must be shared among department

ü  Transparency in department workflow

ü  Work load must be shared among employee

ü  Sharing of each and every problem within department employee must be in practice

ü  Who can order IT components from vendors?

ü  There must be standard followed while pursuing VGA Cable, Power Cable, SMPS, Cooler, RJ45, CAD 6 , RAM, Hard disk and  Motherboard. [ Quality must be in priority rather than its availability or cost]

ü  Who will define standard for IT components? Vendor or IT Department it must be clear.

ü  Temporary solution should be eradicated or it will work for more few days like explanation should not be in practice.

ü  Whoever resolve the issue, if again arises the same day or the next day he must be responsible one to resolve it again or can ask for assist in resolving the issue.

ü  No personal relationship or phone call should be entertained for resolving the task. There must be assign task from Issue Tracking Software for solving problem.

ü  Checking status of stock hardware’s and spare computer

ü  Checking cartridge as provided by vendors and making stock available

ü  Taking round of hospital and verifying if any issues

ü  Problem resolving before they arrive

ü  Providing cartridge stock for sensitive areas

ü  Handover of any pending task to next shift department staff

ü  Every matter should be discussed with department head

ü  Make a system discussing in a department meeting rather than discussing it after the session.
